Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns that align with Maayasthra's objectives, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI on Instagram and LinkedIn. Reach Instagram advertising goals with the right resources. Create personalized ad guides to increase active participation. Generate leads for marketing emails and leverage gated content to entice potential customers to provide their contact information in exchange for exclusive access to valuable information Craft compelling email copy that speaks to our audience, driving opens, clicks, and conversions. Utilize customer data to segment email lists and deliver personalized, targeted campaigns. Build and manage automated drip campaigns, including lead nurturing, onboarding, and promotional sequences. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, offering actionable insights to improve future strategies. Work closely with our creative, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot). Excellent copywriting and editing skills. Understanding of best marketing practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
