Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Growth
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Drive CAC reduction, ROAS improvement, and revenue growth
Own full-funnel marketing: awareness, consideration, conversion & retargeting
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, AOV, LTV
Build weekly and monthly performance reports with insights & action plans
Work closely with the analytics team to ensure accurate attribution (GA4, Meta, Shopify, pixels, CAPI)
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Collaborate with design & product teams to optimize landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flow
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels
Creative & Communication
Brief the creative team on ad copies, hooks, creatives, and UGC concepts
Identify high-performing messaging for festivals, launches, and campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, Diwali, Weddings, Corporate campaigns)
Test formats like static, video, reels, catalog ads, and UGC
Budget & Strategy
Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets efficiently
Forecast growth and revenue targets
