Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Nagpur [On-site] Company: Immverse AI Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field, but if you are a great problem solver, a dropout is also welcome. 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign management. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools. In-depth understanding of performance marketing and marketing funnels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with GenAI tools is a plus. This position is based in Nagpur; candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur should apply. Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs. Performance Marketing: Optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to maximize ROI, ensuring cost-effective results across all platforms. Social Media Advertising: Manage social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on targeting, creative, and reporting. Google Ads: Design and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video, and ensure continuous optimization for better performance. Email Marketing Campaigns: Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns. Ensure proper segmentation and targeting to increase engagement and conversions. Marketing Funnel: Develop and manage customer acquisition funnels, from awareness to conversion, by creating strategies that guide potential leads down the funnel through nurturing, remarketing, and retargeting. WhatsApp Automation: Set up and manage ad campaigns & broadcast on WhatsApp to drive engagement and conversions for specific marketing initiatives. Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email analytics to provide data-driven recommendations and optimize marketing efforts.
