Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Canva, a strong command of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), and a flair for video editing. This role demands a balance of creativity, digital insight, and excellence of execution. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging visual content for social media using Canva (posts, stories, banners, etc.). Plan and manage content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform. Edit and publish short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories) using video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to refine content strategy. Track and report platform performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, content) to align messaging and campaigns. Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, features, and best practices. Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and help build an active online community. Requirements 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. Proven expertise using Canva for social media creatives. Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing. Video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva Pro, CapCut, or similar. Basic understanding of digital marketing KPIs, analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio). Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A good sense of aesthetics, social media tone, and current digital trends. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field. Experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) is a plus. Show more Show less
