Role Overview

Performance Marketer

This is a hybrid/flexible role with an option to work partly from home. You’ll be responsible for generating quality leads, improving ROAS, and helping us grow our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Monitor daily ad performance, ROAS, CPL, and CAC
• Set up Pixel tracking, UTM tagging, retargeting, and custom audiences
• Run A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
• Collaborate with our in-house design and content team to develop ad creatives
• Analyze data, generate performance reports, and implement improvements
• Work closely with the founders on marketing strategy and scaling efforts

Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of hands-on experience

  in performance marketing
• Proven track record of managing Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Prior experience working with a

  travel or tourism brand

  is a

  major plus

• Strong analytical and optimization skills

• Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently

• Understanding of lead funnels and conversion tracking

• Self-starter with a results-driven approach
