Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid visibility.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Work with creative teams to design engaging visuals and ad copies.
  • Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new digital tools.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
