Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert who thrives on delivering measurable results and driving ROI through data-backed strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization across multiple digital channels. If you're passionate about paid growth, know how to scale brands using digital mediums, and have a proven record of achieving KPIs, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Plan and allocate monthly budgets with a laser focus on ROI and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). Continuously optimize ads, landing pages, and funnel performance based on A/B testing and analytics. Track and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, bounce rates, and retention. Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business goals. Identify and implement growth opportunities through paid and organic channels. Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising. Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles. Proven track record of running profitable campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms. Deep understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and retargeting strategies. Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, etc. Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution modeling. Ability to work with SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and reporting capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have:Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or D2C industries. Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar. Familiarity with landing page tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow. Knowledge of funnel building and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
