We are dedicated to delivering exceptional online experiences for our clients. We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and organic SEO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving traffic, improving conversions, and building brand visibility across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Set up campaign structures, targeting, A/B testing, ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS). Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits and optimizations. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in blogs, product descriptions, and landing pages. Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights. Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and recommend CRO strategies. Other Digital Marketing Tasks Manage email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms). Contribute to social media strategy and content calendar development. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates. Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers as needed. Skills & Requirements 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Experience working with international clients including Australia. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, SEMrush/Ahrefs etc. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms is a plus. Google and Meta Ads certifications are a plus. Salary: 40k/month in hand.
