Job Overview:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media graphics, banners, ad creatives, and email marketing visuals.
• Assist in creating branding materials, including logos, brochures, and presentations.
• Adapt designs for different digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
• Edit and enhance images for digital use.
• Edit raw footage from photographers and convert them to engaging reels.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all creative assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects etc).
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and how design impacts engagement.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take feedback and implement revisions effectively.
