Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, versatile, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple businesses owned by the same group. Currently, you will handle marketing for 4 firms, with potential to expand as new ventures are added. This is a permanent, full-time role – not a freelance or contract assignment – for someone who wants to grow with us and take full ownership of our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for all group firms across digital platforms.
• SEO & Website Management: Optimize websites for higher rankings, update content, oversee website development, and ensure smooth functionality.
• Social Media Marketing: Create engaging content, design posts, schedule, and manage campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Campaign Management: Run paid campaigns, boosting, and targeted ads to drive leads and brand visibility.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools. Present actionable reports and recommendations to management.
• Content & Design: Coordinate and design creatives, write compelling captions, and maintain consistent brand identity across all firms.
• Cross-Business Collaboration: Work closely with different teams and management to understand business needs and translate them into effective digital campaigns.
• Adaptability: Support multiple industries under the owner’s portfolio, tailoring strategies to suit each business.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A multi-skilled digital all-rounder who can independently handle end-to-end marketing tasks.
• Proven experience in SEO, website management, social media marketing, and paid ads.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Creativity in designing posts and writing engaging content.
• Ability to work across different businesses and switch strategies effectively.
• Professional, reliable, and understanding towards business priorities.
• Open to working across locations as per business needs; hybrid flexibility may be offered in the future but is not guaranteed.
