To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles with direct customer interaction. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi along with strong persuasive communication skills will be advantageous. A customer-centric attitude, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency are also essential for this position.
