Department: Service Location: Baner Experience: 1–5 Years (Automobile Service) Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements Prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints and service details Explain service procedures, costs, timelines, and approvals to customers Coordinate with technicians and workshop controller for timely repairs Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality, and vehicle readiness Update customers regularly on service status and additional work approvals Promote value-added services (VAS), AMC, extended warranty, etc. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with proper explanation of work done Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure resolution Maintain service records, invoices, and follow OEM processes Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company SOPs Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and service revenue targets Key Skills & Competencies: Good communication and customer-handling skills Technical knowledge of cars and automotive systems Ability to explain technical issues in simple language Strong coordination and time-management skills Computer knowledge (DMS, MS Office) Problem-solving and decision-making ability Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience as Service Advisor in an authorized dealership or multi-brand workshop Experience with passenger cars preferred Working Conditions: 6 days working Workshop environment Customer-facing role Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location: In person
