* Develops objectives, strategies and plans for mobile medium.
* Maintains media plans/ campaigns including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization.
* Accountable for acquiring publishers, dealing with publishers and lead generation.
* Stays apprised of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and can advise on new ways to reach targets.
* Develops and fosters strong relationships with media partners, vendors.
* Analyzes web metrics, provides campaign effectiveness reports to clients, tracking panel, and recommends optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance
* Maintain the high level of communication with affiliates, publishers and recommend new campaigns to publishers.
* Oversee timely scheduling and implementation of all Mobile advertising campaigns.
* Ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality campaign components and deliverables.
* Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners in National / International market.
* Working closely with Business head in understanding the domestic and international market.
* Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
* Doing various optimizations on the campaign to ensure all the KPI’s are met and provide services beyond scope of the campaign to ensure quality and recurring business.
* Deliver weekly progress, commission and activity reports for all partners.
* Must have knowledge and understanding of Mobile Application Development (iOS and Android) to perform the initial analysis, make estimates and communicate with clients both domestic and international.
* Establishing and managing the long-term relationship with direct advertiser and publishers to execute strategic performance campaign.
* Proactively monitor traffic sources for all campaigns.
* Work with internal teams to troubleshoot any creative or pixel related questions from our clients.
* Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships.

* Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations
* Understands how digital fits in the overall client marketing/media strategy
* Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the digital activities
* Proficient in using standard online media research and planning tools
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills to work closely with internal teams.
* Experience of 1-3 years in Web /Mobile media planning.
* Strong Negotiation and Selling Skills
* Good Client Management skills
