One of our flagship projects is with Veeransh Chemicals, a global supplier of industrial and specialty chemicals. We are driving their digital expansion, SEO optimization, and lead generation strategy, and we’re now looking for the right talent to join our team in this exciting growth journey.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join Black5ive. The role will focus on managing SEO, content, AI-driven strategy, and lead generation work—initially for Veeransh Chemicals and later across other projects and clients.

This is a growth-focused role where you will directly contribute to achieving targets like 100,000+ monthly organic visitors, 500–1,000 monthly B2B leads, and global brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Content

  • Research, plan, and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
  • Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content: blogs, case studies, landing pages.
  • Build and maintain a structured SEO content calendar.

AI Tools & Automation

  • Explore and implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Notion AI, etc.) for research, ideation, and writing.
  • Use AI to automate content workflows, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Identify and test new AI/automation tools to improve efficiency.

Data & File Management

  • Manage digital files, reports, campaign data, and content libraries.
  • Maintain organized systems for client deliverables and internal processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation of strategies, reports, and results.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Run Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads with lead-focused funnels.
  • Create landing pages, nurture sequences, and automated lead flows.
  • Monitor performance with analytics tools and suggest optimizations.

Reporting & Growth Tracking

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Track KPIs and recommend strategies for improved ROI.
  • Support leadership with data-backed insights and automation dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SEO, content, and digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in content writing and SEO copywriting.
  • Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot/Zoho CRM.
  • Strong organizational skills for data and file management.
  • Excellent English communication and ability to deliver clear, trust-building content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
