We are a newly established IT and digital services company working in SEO, web development, and product-based solutions.
Currently, we have a few active clients and are building in-house IT products alongside client work.

We are looking for a dedicated learner who wants to grow with a startup — someone who is ready to learn by doing, experimenting, and improving continuously.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in IT and web development.

Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Web Developer / IT Executive who is eager to learn web technologies from scratch and apply them in real projects.

You will:

• Work on client projects (small tasks initially)
• Support SEO and web-related technical work
• Gradually contribute to our in-house product development
• Learn through hands-on practice, online resources, YouTube, AI tools, and self-experimentation

The company will provide direction and guidance, but you are expected to be self-managed, curious, and proactive in learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in website development and maintenance
• Work on basic frontend and backend tasks
• Handle small technical tasks for SEO and websites
• Learn and experiment with new technologies and tools
• Support development of internal IT products
• Debug issues and improve existing features
• Coordinate with the founder on task priorities

Required Skills (Any of the following is a plus)

Freshers are welcome. Basic knowledge is enough.

• HTML, CSS
• JavaScript (basic understanding)
• Basic knowledge of C / C++ (academic level is fine)
• Familiarity with MySQL or any database
• Any exposure to:
• Next.js
• Ruby on Rails
• Backend frameworks
• Willingness to learn from:
• YouTube
• Online documentation
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
