We work hard, we play hard, and we want you to join us!As the Digital Marketing & Research Senior Associate, you will be expected to extract the requirements of dashboards using the business statements or requirements shared by stakeholders. Organize the requirements to prepare more insightful dashboards and present to clients.
Position Responsibilities
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing the requirements
- Create reports and dashboards (Excel and Spreadsheet) based on the business statements shared by stakeholders along with the insights and suggest business friendly templates
- Anticipate the future requirements in relation to the reports and dashboards and suggest possible scalable options
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to clarify data and approach related questions over email/video chat
- Identify ways to reduce report and dashboard creation time by applying efficiency techniques
- Maintain internal SLAs and uphold process adherence
Minimum Qualifications
- Any regular bachelor degree with a strong academic record
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel/ Google Spreadsheet
- Strong business analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to analyze complex data
- Effective Written & Spoken English with a minimum of B2 as the CEFR Rating to effectively communicate with the global stakeholders
- Ability to work under stringent timeline while adapting to dynamic changes in the project
- Willingness to perform detailed and repetitive tasks and should be able to work in a 24/7 business model

- Understand the direct and derived metrics used in the Digital Media
- Experience in working with global clients (in a sales or customer support job)
- Experience with digital marketing data analytics, Google Adwords/Youtube data analytics, market research or quantitative analysis
