What Were Looking For

4 to 8 years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital strategy for a high-growth D2C or FMCG brand.
Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Adsyou dont just run campaigns, you scale them.
Strong analytical skillsyou love reading data, setting up attribution models, and optimizing full-funnel growth.
Experience with email & retention marketing (Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar).
A creative, experimentation-first mindsetalways testing new audiences, creatives, and placements.
Passion for consumer brands & digital-first storytellingbonus points if youve worked in beauty, kids' care, or personal care!
