Performance Marketing: Own end-to-end paid media strategy & execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and retentionbecause we dont just acquire customers, we build a loyal community. Drive A/B testing, creative performance insights, and landing page optimizations. Manage ad budgets like its your own moneyallocating spends across channels for maximum efficiency. What Were Looking For 4 to 8 years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital strategy for a high-growth D2C or FMCG brand. Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Adsyou dont just run campaigns, you scale them. Strong analytical skillsyou love reading data, setting up attribution models, and optimizing full-funnel growth. Experience with email & retention marketing (Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar). A creative, experimentation-first mindsetalways testing new audiences, creatives, and placements.
