Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, focusing on user growth for the ViaVeda app and website traffic for services like Kundli matching and horoscope subscriptions.
  • SEO & Content Optimizatio
  • Social Media & Community Building
  • Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing: Optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, A/B testing creatives for astrology consultations and app downloads, with a focus on ROI and conversion tracking.
  • Email & CRM Automation
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hotjar to monitor KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, engagement rates), providing monthly insights to refine strategies and predict trends in spiritual search queries.
  • Partnerships & Influencer Collaborations: Identify and manage influencer tie-ups with spiritual creators and astrologers to co-create content, expanding reach in the wellness and mysticism niche.
  • AI Integration: Experiment with AI tools for personalized ad targeting and chatbots to enhance user interactions on our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, focusing on user growth for the ViaVeda app and website traffic for services like Kundli matching and horoscope subscriptions.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts targeting high-intent keywords (e.g., “free Kundli online,” “Vedic astrology predictions”), while overseeing content calendars for blogs, videos, and infographics on Vedic topics.
  • Social Media & Community Building: Manage campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms like TikTok; create engaging short-form videos on numerology, love compatibility, and daily rituals to build a loyal community of 100K+ followers.
  • Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing: Optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, A/B testing creatives for astrology consultations and app downloads, with a focus on ROI and conversion tracking.
  • Email & CRM Automation: Design personalized nurture sequences using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot for horoscope newsletters, re-engagement campaigns, and lead nurturing for premium Puja bookings.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hotjar to monitor KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, engagement rates), providing monthly insights to refine strategies and predict trends in spiritual search queries.
  • Partnerships & Influencer Collaborations: Identify and manage influencer tie-ups with spiritual creators and astrologers to co-create content, expanding reach in the wellness and mysticism niche.
  • AI Integration: Experiment with AI tools for personalized ad targeting and chatbots to enhance user interactions on our platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product teams to promote app features and ensure all digital touchpoints reflect ViaVeda’s authentic, empowering brand voice.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing, preferably in wellness, e-commerce, or content-driven industries; proven track record in app promotion or service-based lead gen.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner).
  • Proficiency in social media management (Hootsuite, Buffer) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong grasp of email automation and CRM (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing for spiritual-themed reels.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Creative storyteller with a passion for astrology, spirituality, or Vedic culture (bonus: personal interest in Sanatan Dharma).
  • Data-savvy with excellent analytical thinking to turn insights into actionable campaigns.
  • Adaptable and innovative, staying ahead of trends like voice search for horoscopes or Web3 for digital rituals.
  • Strong communicator for stakeholder alignment and team motivation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; certifications in Google Analytics, Digital Marketing (e.g., HubSpot Academy), or SEO are a plus.
