Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and brand-focused Digital Marketing professional to manage and grow our online presence in the skin care segment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, content creation, social media management, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing with a strong understanding of the beauty and skin care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote skin care products across multiple online platforms.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

2. Content Creation & Brand Building

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content, including product photos, tutorials, and skincare tips.
  • Write and edit copy for ads, blogs, product descriptions, and social posts.

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.

4. Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with beauty influencers, bloggers, and skincare experts for brand promotions.
  • Respond to customer queries and engage with followers on social media platforms.

5. SEO & Website Management

  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to the company website.
  • Update product listings, banners, and promotional content on the website and e-commerce portals.

6. Market Research & Trends

  • Monitor competitors’ activities and latest trends in the skincare industry.
  • Suggest new digital initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (optional but preferred).
  • Creative mindset with strong visual and aesthetic sense for beauty products.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
