Job Summary:

Trident Lifeline Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Officer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting in day-to-day production processes while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards. B. Pharm freshers with a keen interest in the production field are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing production activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety measures.
• Monitor production operations and maintain process parameters as per specifications.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse departments for material and document flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update logs for production-related activities.
• Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and validation of production equipment.
• Report production deviations and assist in investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper gowning practices in the production area.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of GMP, documentation practices, and process controls.
• Ability to work in a team with good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn and adapt.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong desire to build a career in pharmaceutical production.
