apparel/garment industry

Develop and implement
production plans, schedules, and workflows
to meet targets
Ensure
smooth production flow
across all sections
Drive
100% capacity utilization

waste reduction
Closely monitor
sewing and packing
for best possible output
Achieve
maximum production at the lowest possible cost
Maintain discipline and productivity on the production floor
Ensure adherence to
garment production processes and quality standards
Implement
Industrial Engineering (IE) tools
Enforce
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)
standards and statutory compliance
