Key Responsibilities: Responsible for collections and recovery of overdue payments from Home Loan and LAP customers . Manage bucket-wise delinquent accounts (30+, 60+, 90+) and ensure achievement of monthly collection targets. Conduct field visits to customers for payment follow-ups, settlement discussions, and skip tracing. Negotiate and finalize repayment plans / settlements with customers in line with company policy. Coordinate with legal and repossession teams for initiating SARFAESI / legal actions in NPA accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving monthly and annual business targets for Home Loans . Source new customers through direct sales, connectors, builders, and DSAs . Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure business growth. Conduct customer visits for lead generation and loan application collection.
