Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and have a strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple brands under The Brand Landmark.
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and increase ROI.
  • Manage budgets, monitor ad performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
  • Oversee Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives, reels, and video campaigns.
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Manage multiple brand accounts and ensure consistent online branding.
  • Plan and execute marketing funnels, remarketing strategies, and conversion tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in Meta Ads management.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and lead conversion.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create high-performing ad strategies.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
