About Us


We’re Stage Two, a fast-growing growth and marketing partner for B2B and SaaS startups. Our campaigns have powered companies from zero to $1M+ in revenue, and we work hands-on across the funnel, from positioning and content to performance and demand gen.


We’re now hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of content, email, paid, and social — both for us and for our clients. If you’ve got sharp marketing instincts, SaaS/B2B experience, and the drive to grow fast, you’ll get more exposure here in 6 months than in 2 years anywhere else.


What You’ll Be Doing


You’ll work directly with the founder and core team to execute across:


Content Marketing

• Write and edit: blogs, landing pages, white papers, case studies, newsletters, social media posts

• Understand how to create content that ranks and converts

• Repurpose content into carousels, scripts, and email flows


Email Marketing

• Build and run campaigns using Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, or similar

• Write high-converting email flows and newsletters

• Segment lists and optimize for open + click-through rates


Social Media Management

• Run and grow accounts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit

• Plan and schedule both brand and founder-led content

• Coordinate with design for posts, thumbnails, and reels


Paid Ads

• Manage small monthly budgets on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ads

• Create campaign structures, write ad copy, suggest creatives

• Track and report performance; run experiments


Bonus Skills

• Basic design using Canva or Figma

• Comfortable using Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets

• Can edit/repurpose short-form video content (optional, but a plus)


You Should Apply If You:

• Have 1–2 years of full-time experience in digital marketing (internships don’t count)

• Have worked at or with B2B or SaaS startups (agency or in-house is fine)

• Are a strong content writer and editor

• Know the basics of performance marketing and email marketing

• Are comfortable with social media, analytics tools, and content calendars

• Are a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and work well independently

• Thrive in high-speed, early-stage environments with async communication
