Digital Marketing Manager

Plan, develop, and execute 360 digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects. Manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and real estate portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com). Optimize SEO strategies to rank project websites and micro-sites organically. Build and track landing pages, forms, and lead funnels to maximize conversion. Coordinate with sales team to ensure quality lead flow and measure ROI. Manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage interested buyers. Develop social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) showcasing projects, walk-throughs, and customer stories. Implement marketing automation for nurturing leads through WhatsApp, SMS, and Email campaigns. Analyze digital performance metrics and share actionable insights with management. Guide and mentor junior digital marketing executives. Proven track record of running high-conversion real estate campaigns. Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO for real estate keywords. Strong knowledge of real estate portals & property listing optimization. Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead tracking. Knowledge of video marketing, reels, and influencer tie-ups. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
