Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, drive qualified leads, and enhance project visibility across digital platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms. Strategize and implement lead generation campaigns for residential/commercial real estate projects. Manage SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing activities. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and generate performance reports. Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Oversee the creation of engaging visual and written content for social media, website, and email marketing. Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and videographers for creative assets. Manage and grow company presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Optimize the company’s website and landing pages for better traffic and lead conversion. Monitor competitor marketing activities and trends in the real estate sector. Required SkillsProven experience in digital marketing for real estate (minimum 3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools. Understanding of real estate buyer behavior and lead funnels. Ability to work with design and creative teams to develop marketing materials. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus. EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field. Google Ads or Meta certifications preferred.
