About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of marketing ideation, campaign planning and execution for our real estate projects.
This role involves strategizing marketing campaigns, briefing designers/video editors, overseeing creative development, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials for digital, print and outdoor media.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Campaign Planning
Conceptualize marketing ideas, visual themes, and communication angles for project campaigns.
Develop campaign strategies for project launches, festive offers, lead-generation ads, event promotions, etc.
Plan the content calendar for social media, digital ads, and offline branding.
2. Creative Supervision & Execution
Prepare clear, detailed briefs for the graphic designer & video editor.
Review and guide all creatives:
Digital ads
Social media posts
Outdoor hoardings & banners
Brochures, leaflets, standees
Promo videos & reels
Project walk-through video edits
Ensure creatives meet brand style, project positioning, and marketing goals.
Improve 3D renders creatively to make them appealing for ads.
3. Digital Marketing Coordination
Assist in planning Meta & Google ad campaigns (coordinating with agencies or internal team).
Review and optimize creative performance for lead generation.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
4. On-Ground & Offline Marketing
Plan outdoor media creatives and coordinate with printing vendors if required.
Manage branding at project sites:
Site office branding
Standee designs
Welcome kits
Event creatives (pre-launch, launch, festive celebrations)
5. Content & Communication
Write or refine marketing copy for ads, posts, brochures, videos.
Create hooks, slogans, sales messages, and value propositions for each project.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work with sales team to understand customer expectations and feedback.
Ensure timely creative delivery by designer and video editor.
Coordinate with external agencies when needed (ad agency, print, 3D rendering partners).
7. Reporting & Insights
Track marketing creative performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain MIS of campaigns, creative versions, and timelines.
Give weekly reports on marketing activities to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Must Have
Graduate in any field (MBA Marketing is a plus).
2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or similar industries.
Experience in handling creative workflows (design + video).
Strong understanding of digital marketing basics (Meta ads, Google ads, targeting).
Excellent communication and creative thinking.
Ability to write short marketing copy and guide designers effectively.
Good to Have
Prior experience in managing real estate campaigns.
Knowledge of branding, print media, and outdoor advertising.
Understanding of 3D renders and real estate presentations.
Ability to evaluate creative performance with data.
