Job Brief: Sales Executive – Real Estate We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various online and offline channels. Meet potential customers, understand their property requirements, and provide suitable options. Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients. Negotiate and finalize deals in alignment with the company’s business objectives. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep updated records of sales activity, client data, and market trends. Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales processes and customer documentation. Maintain data to prepare reports for the management team to plan marketing and sales activities. Basic Qualification & Requirements: Education: Must be a Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate, insurance, or related industries). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good command of English, Hindi, and local languages as applicable. Well-versed with MS Office and CRM tools. Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content to enhance brand visibility and support marketing campaigns across print and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, standees, and newspaper ads. Create digital creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Develop property branding, project logos, and campaign themes. Design layouts for emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and online ad banners. Work closely with the marketing team and sales team to understand design requirements. Edit and enhance photographs and videos for promotional use. Maintain consistency in brand tone, color palette, and visual style. Coordinate with vendors/printers for high-quality output. Adapt and rework existing creatives as needed for different campaigns or platforms. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro). Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills. Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual balance. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Prior experience in real estate or working with builder firms is a plus. Basic video editing skills will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of real estate project lifecycle and marketing phases. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools. Ability to convert concepts into eye-catching visuals.
