Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing strategy across all platforms. The role demands proven expertise in managing end-to-end digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, app promotion, lead generation, and business growth. The candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing corporate digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Plan and execute app promotion campaigns to drive downloads, user engagement, and retention.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through paid campaigns, organic channels, and targeted digital initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Drive content strategy (blogs, videos, creatives, newsletters) to engage target audiences.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) and present insights to management.
  • Manage the company website and ensure continuous optimization for SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to support lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Identify training, tools, and technologies needed to strengthen digital marketing execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure high ROI.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record of managing corporate digital marketing campaigns (3–5 years).
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Hands-on experience in app promotion campaigns and digital lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong content planning, creative thinking, and execution skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
