Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee all digital channels including SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and ROI tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the company website and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Create and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital tools, trends, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members and external agencies or freelancers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint).
  • Experience in B2B or eCommerce marketing.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
