We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Web Optimization Specialist who can combine expertise in ads management with technical knowledge of website development and optimization. Key Responsibilities• Performance Marketing: ◦ Strategize, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. ◦ Track KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, conversions, and cost per lead. ◦ Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and achieve ROI goals. • Google Business Profile Optimization: ◦ Optimize and manage Google My Business (GMB/ Google Profile) listings for better local visibility. ◦ Implement SEO-driven strategies to increase ranking on maps and local search. • Website Optimization & Development: ◦ Perform SEO audits, on-page optimization, and speed improvements. ◦ Collaborate on building and maintaining WordPress or custom websites. ◦ Ensure responsive design, high loading speed, and user-friendly navigation. • Analytics & Reporting:◦ Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager. ◦ Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights. Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience (2–4 years) in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management. • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, ROI, and funnel strategies. • Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization. • Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website optimization techniques. • Practical experience in website development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript preferred). • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite. • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision- making ability.
