Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives

· Manage and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing

· Create and manage content for the company's website and social media platforms

· Monitor and analyse website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates to optimize website performance and user experience

· Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the company's digital marketing strategies remain relevant and effective

· Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets such as graphics, videos, and animations

· Manage and track digital marketing budgets and expenses

· Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools

· Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

· At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry

· Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing

· Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms

· Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices

· Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
