Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, email, social media, and influencer campaigns
Manage and mentor a team of specialists (SEO, social media, content, and performance marketing)
Track KPIs and ROI for campaigns, optimize strategies, and report results to management and clients
Oversee website management, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking
Handle media planning, budgeting, and execution of paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Amazon
Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep strategies effective

Eligibility

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign management skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Semrush, Ahrefs, and email automation platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
