Elatre is a growth-focused digital company powering global brands with end-to-end marketing, web, and technology solutions. We’re currently scaling a powerful AI-first healthcare platform and are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help us build a secure, scalable, and robust backend infrastructure using AWS cloud. What You’ll Do Design and manage AWS infrastructure for scalable web and mobile applications Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation (GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline) Deploy and manage services using AWS Elastic Beanstalk, ECS (Fargate), or EC2 Set up and optimize Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL) with Multi-AZ, backups, and monitoring Manage S3, CloudFront, IAM, and security policies across environments Monitor performance, health, and logs using CloudWatch and X-Ray Handle deployment automation, cost optimization, and resource scaling Collaborate with backend and AI teams to manage real-time API endpoints, Lambda functions, and storage pipelines Set up caching layers with ElastiCache (Redis) for high-performance response Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation Must-Have Skills 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Strong knowledge of EC2, RDS (PostgreSQL), S3, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes) CI/CD pipeline setup and version control workflows (Git, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild) Familiarity with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation Good understanding of system security and DevOps best practices Comfortable managing scalable infrastructure (targeting 20K+ active users) Problem-solving mindset with proactive monitoring and incident response skills Bonus (Not Mandatory) Experience with AppSync (GraphQL), WebSockets, or API Gateway Exposure to AI/ML pipelines in AWS (SageMaker, Polly, etc.) Experience in high-availability mobile backend systems Familiarity with HIPAA or GDPR-compliant infrastructure What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Fully remote, flexible working hours Opportunity to work on global products with cutting-edge technology Transparent and collaborative work culture Direct impact on infrastructure design decisions Show more Show less
