Role Overview

Digital Marketing Manager

You will collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and drive customer engagement across pharmacy, diagnostics, telemedicine, and ambulance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement 

    digital marketing campaigns

     to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and grow 

    social media presence

     across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute 

    SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns

     (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Generate high-quality 

    leads

     through performance marketing.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using 

    web analytics tools

     (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and optimize for ROI.
  • Develop 

    content strategies

     that improve organic reach and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and best practices to keep Curo24 ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in 

    Digital Marketing

     (healthcare/tech industry preferred).
  • Strong expertise in 

    Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Lead Generation

    .
  • Hands-on experience with 

    Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar tools

    .
  • Proficiency in managing 

    paid ads

     across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and 

    team management skills

    .
  • Ability to work in a 

    fast-paced startup environment

     with ownership mentality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in 

    Marketing, Business, or a related field

    .

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

(Final offer will depend on interview performance and technical skill assessment)
