Digital Marketing Manager

As an experienced candidate with 5+ years of work experience, you will be responsible for the following key aspects: - Experience with tracking and improving critical KPIs on a dashboard. - Driving relevant traffic from content and measuring conversion and ROI from marketing efforts. - Understanding how to drive relevant traffic from various channels like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and search (organic and paid). - Hands-on experience with email marketing, including proficiency with marketing tools & technologies like email automation, landing page design, and A/B testing. - Influencing the product development process with a strong sense of product understanding. - Building and nurturing a community of users, advocates, and influencers to amplify product promotion through word of mouth. - Exceptional writing skills for editing and proofreading content with precision in clarity, grammar, and accuracy. Moreover, qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree. - Hands-on experience in the eCommerce domain, particularly on the seller side. - Familiarity or experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any programming language would be advantageous. - Knowledge of data sciences and analytics, R, or Python. - Understanding of UI/UX, graphics design, or product management is a plus. - US education background is preferred due to customer demographics in the US, enhancing cultural familiarity.
