Role Overview:

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals (including social media, performance, content, and design).
• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and lead quality.
• Identify and experiment with new lead sources (LinkedIn, Quora, native ads, real estate portals, WhatsApp marketing, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative and video teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
• Own the marketing funnel from awareness to lead conversion, and work closely with the sales team to optimize hand-offs and feedback loops.
• Monitor, report, and optimize campaign KPIs weekly/monthly.
• Stay updated with latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4

  + years of hands-on experience

   in digital marketing with proven success in lead generation campaigns.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in 

  Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

   and 

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  .
• Experience in 

  team handling and leadership

   roles; ability to mentor and drive performance.
• Strong analytical skills and a result-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Real estate experience is a 

  bonus

   but not mandatory.
