Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Ashitha Infra as a Tele calling and Digital Marketing Executive. Your role will involve engaging potential customers for open plot ventures through telephonic communication and contributing to digital marketing efforts to increase online visibility and lead flow. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide details about the open plot projects. - Answer customer queries regarding project details, pricing, location, and legal aspects. - Follow up with leads to nurture their interest, address concerns, and schedule site visits. - Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in a CRM system. - Assist in managing company social media profiles and create engaging content related to open plots and projects. - Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and help execute online advertising campaigns. - Update online property listings on real estate portals and contribute ideas for digital lead generation strategies. - Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and maintain lead and customer databases. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related field. - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and practical knowledge of social media management and online advertising. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively. - Familiarity with CRM software or databases is a plus. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred. - Knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly open plots, is advantageous. - Proficiency in English and Telugu.
