Performance Ads


We need a "player-coach"—someone with the strategic vision to lead, but the deep, hands-on skills to get in the trenches and build.


What You'll Do (The "Now"):


  • Own Performance:

    Lead the strategy, setup, and end-to-end hands-on optimization of performance campaigns on

    Google Ads (PMax, Search, Display)

    and

    Meta Ads (Conversion, Lead Gen)

    .


  • Own SEO:

    Lead and build our clients'

    SEO strategy

    from the ground up. You will own everything from

    technical audits

    (Core Web Vitals, schema) and

    on-page optimization

    to guiding our content team with data-driven

    keyword and topic cluster research

    .


  • Own the Data:

    You are obsessed with clean data. You'll own the implementation of

    GA4, Google Tag Manager,

    and

    server-side tracking (CAPI)

    to ensure our data is flawless.


  • Own the Story:

    You'll build insightful

    Looker Studio

    dashboards that go beyond vanity metrics and tell the story of how our integrated efforts are driving real, measurable revenue (ROAS, CPL, LTV).


What You'll Do (The "Future"):


  • Build the "Engine":

    You'll be the architect who integrates paid and organic. You'll use paid insights to fuel our SEO content strategy, and use our rising organic authority to lower our paid CPAs.


Core Skills & Tools (In-Depth Expertise Required):


  • Google Ads:

    Deep, hands-on mastery of

    PMax, Google Search Ads,

    and the

    Google Display Network.

    You must be a certified expert.


  • Meta Ads:

    Expert-level experience with

    Meta Ads Manager,

    CAPI, pixel implementation, and custom audience building.


  • SEO (Technical):

    Mastery of

    Google Search Console

    and site audit tools (e.g.,

    Screaming Frog

    ).


  • SEO (Strategy):

    Proven expertise with

    Semrush

    or

    Ahrefs

    for keyword research, competitor analysis, and link-building.


  • Analytics:

    Mastery of

    GA4

    (especially conversion tracking and event setup) and proficiency in

    Looker Studio

    for building reports.


  • Experience:

    A proven, demonstrable track record of managing significant budgets and driving measurable growth through both paid and organic channels.
