Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative Video Content Creator & Video Editor who can produce high-quality videos for our furniture manufacturing, showroom fixtures, and interior projects. The ideal candidate should be strong in storytelling, editing, shooting, reels creation, and social media content.

This role focuses 70% on video creation & editing and 30% on digital marketing tasks like social posting, captions, and basic ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities - Video Creation & Editing

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos of factory processes, product making, site installation work, and finished projects.
• Create engaging Reels, YouTube videos, product demos, before-after clips, and client testimonial videos.
• Edit videos with transitions, captions, sound effects, color grading, and animations.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content for branding.
• Maintain a consistent brand style across all videos.

Social Media + Digital Marketing Support

• Create short-form content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Plan and post daily/weekly video content across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing team for ad creatives and promotional videos.
• Track performance of videos (views, engagement, reach).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in video editing + video shooting.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / After Effects.
• Knowledge of basic lighting, framing, and camera handling.
• Experience in creating Reels, shorts, and high-impact social media content.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
