As a Tele calling and Digital Marketing Executive at Ashitha Infra, you will play a vital role in generating leads and engaging potential customers for our open plot ventures. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospects, providing project details, addressing queries, nurturing leads, coordinating site visits, managing social media profiles, creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, assisting in online advertising campaigns, updating property listings, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining databases. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in tele calling and customer service, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in English and Telugu are essential. Familiarity with CRM software, a Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly open plots, are advantageous.
