We are looking for A Digital Marketing Head develops and implements a company's overall digital marketing strategy, which includes managing the marketing team, overseeing campaigns across various channels like SEO, social media, and email, and analyzing performance data to optimize results and meet business objectives Key responsibilities Strategy and implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and grow revenue.  Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.  Campaign management: Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media, email, and display advertising.  Performance analysis: Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.  Budget management: Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.  Content and brand oversight: Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website and social media, to ensure brand consistency and enhance user experience.  Market and trend monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for improvement and innovation.  Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales, product, and content, to align digital strategies with overall business goals.  Requirements and qualifications Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.  In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).  Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and CRM software.  Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.  Experience in managing budgets and tracking ROI.
