Our upcoming social media push requires compelling video content (reels, shorts, YouTube, product launches) that aligns with our brand tone — elegant, simple, narrative-driven. If you love editing stories and creating shareable visuals, this is for you. Role & Responsibilities: Edit social video content (Reels, YouTube shorts/longer form, testimonials, product demos) from raw footage Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, colour-grading to elevate the brand look Collaborate with content creator/photographer/videographer to build a pipeline of video assets Work with marketing team to ensure videos meet platform & brand specifications and deadlines Organise and maintain video asset library and workflow for efficient turnaround Stay updated on social video trends, recommend fresh ideas for content Must-have Skills & Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video editing for social media / brand content Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent) Good sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, social-video optimisation Basic sound editing, colour correction, motion graphics skills Strong portfolio/showreel with links to work (social, beauty/lifestyle domain preferred) Ability to manage multiple edits, meet tight deadlines, work in fast environment Bonus Skills / Nice to Have: Experience with content creation workflow for beauty / FMCG brands Understanding of brand visual identity in motion Basic camera/photography knowledge (to understand footage) What we offer: A chance to build video content from the ground for a rising brand Creative input and ownership; you’re not just “editing” you’re shaping brand storytelling Competitive salary and immediate onboarding How to Apply: Send your CV + link to your showreel or completed works Mention your earliest joining date, current salary & expected salary Include a short note: “My favourite video edit I made is [link] and why I liked it”.
