Job Title: Full-Stack Video Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We’re looking to onboard a high-performance Video Creator who can own the end-to-end content lifecycle. This is a hybrid production role designed for a resource who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, post, and market video content across digital platforms. The mandate is simple: create high-impact visual assets that drive engagement, visibility, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce short-form and long-form video content from concept to final delivery.
• Handle filming, lighting, audio, and on-site production requirements.
• Edit videos with a strong command of pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, and platform-specific optimization.
• Manage uploads, scheduling, metadata, and publishing across social channels.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives including ad setup, targeting, audience segmentation, and analytics review.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate content strategy to maximize reach and ROI.
• Stay aligned with emerging trends, platform algorithms, and creative best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production and editing (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Capability to manage social media posting workflows and optimization techniques.
• Working knowledge of paid advertising across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, output-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a bias for innovative, results-oriented execution.

Preferred

• Experience creating content for product-based, educational, or process-driven industries.
• Ability to ideate and pitch new content formats proactively.
• Motion graphics or animation capabilities.
