Role Overview:

We're looking for a Pro-Level Video Editor who can create scroll-stopping short-form videos using the latest AI tools, effects, and editing techniques. You'll produce 12-15 polished videos per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos (30–90 seconds) for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
• Create hook-first content that grabs attention in 1.5 seconds
• Use advanced techniques: speed ramps, match cuts, kinetic typography, sound design
• Integrate motion graphics, data overlays, and visual effects
• Maintain fast turnaround: 3-4 polished videos per day
• Collaborate with Cinematographer and marketing team

Tech & Trends:

• Master the latest AI editing tools: Descript, Captions.ai, Runway ML, Topaz, ElevenLabs
• Stay updated on Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve new features
• Use AI for automated subtitles, rotoscoping, upscaling, noise reduction
• Monitor trending editing styles on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
• Test new effects, transitions, and formats weekly
• Always be experimenting with the next big editing trend

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years professional video editing with strong portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Deep understanding of what makes content perform on social platforms
• Fluency with AI editing tools and automation
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
• Color grading and sound design skills
