As our Social Media Marketing Associate , you’ll create scroll-stopping content, ride viral waves, and leverage AI tools like Runway to bring luxury real estate to life online. 🔥 What You’ll Do: Create and edit content, videos, and reels using Canva, CapCut, InShot & AI tools like Runway Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars and schedule posts across platforms Post across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube Shorts Jump on trending sounds, viral hooks, memes & format ideas Use AI platforms for text-to-video, storytelling, and design experiments Be the voice of Radiant Gain – reply to DMs, comments, and build engagement Join luxury property walkthroughs and capture behind-the-scenes moments Track performance and brainstorm better strategies each week 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 2025 batch fresh graduates from Marketing, Mass Comm, Digital Media, or any creative background Obsessed with Reels, trends, storytelling, and aesthetics Curious about (or already using!)
