Social Media Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content (captions, posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand goals
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Analyze performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team to execute ideas

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Good written communication and creative thinking skills
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Passion for marketing, advertising, and digital trends

Nice to Have

• Experience with paid social ads
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools
• Portfolio or examples of social media work
