Digital Marketing Lead

As a Lead - Digital Marketing for our real estate client in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, attract qualified traffic, and generate high-intent leads. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, campaign management, performance analysis, digital experience enhancement, and fostering innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: - You will own and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies in alignment with GTM plans. - Collaborate with internal teams (brand, product, sales) to create integrated campaigns. - Utilize SEO, paid media, social media, content marketing, and automation to scale demand effectively. - Campaign Management: - Lead and optimize campaigns on platforms including Google, Meta, email, and programmatic advertising. - Manage external agencies to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution. - Conduct A/B tests and iterate on content to enhance campaign performance continually. - Performance & Analytics: - Monitor key performance indicators such as CAC, CPL, CTR, and ROI. - Utilize data analysis to understand user behavior and conversion trends. - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Digital Experience: - Collaborate on the development of landing pages, microsites, and digital touchpoints. - Work towards enhancing website engagement and improving UX/UI performance. - Innovation & Growth: - Stay abreast of martech, automation, and targeting tools to leverage the latest trends. - Conduct pilots and growth experiments, and scale successful initiatives. - Evaluate and implement new digital tools to ensure the brand remains future-ready.,
