What We Do: Our flagship product, Miosalon is a salon and spa management software helping business owners to run day-to-day operations seamlessly and make the right business decisions backed by powerful analytics. We have customers from 40+ countries across the world. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a dynamic new team member who wants to learn our software products, our industry, and be an essential part of our company. We’re looking for someone who is savvy with software and technology. That person would also be a quick learner and have excellent communication skills. Role & responsibilities ● Develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates. ● Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to identify opportunities for optimization. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of SEO efforts with overall business objectives. ● Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously refine and enhance our SEO strategies. ● Conduct market research and audience analysis that aligns with the company's objectives to inform content creation. ● Develop and implement content distribution strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and other platforms. (Collaborate with influencers and other partners). ● Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. ● Drive initiatives to enhance on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building efforts, optimizing website structure and content for maximum visibility and engagement. ● Provide regular reporting and performance updates to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of SEO efforts on key business metrics. ● Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the SEO team. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. ● Proven track record of driving organic search growth and improving search engine rankings for high-traffic websites. ● Understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. ● Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying at the forefront of SEO trends and innovations.
